Following a bereavement, the last thing you want to think about is clearing out your loved one’s home. In association with Killens, A.R.K Solutions SW Ltd are fully equipped and insured to deal with house clearances and cleans.
We understand it is a difficult time for you; therefore prior to clearing the property we will visit with you, your solicitor or with a representative from the estate management company to assess the contents. At this point we will be informed as to which items to be kept and the items to be taken away. Any personal effects such as documents, photographs etc are set aside for you to make a decision on.
If the estate is being taken care of by solicitors or an estate management company, we are happy to liaise with them on your behalf. Should there be any time limitations due to the property being sold then we can arrange to clear the property within the designated time frame.
We take extra care of our clients in this circumstance; all matters are handled delicately as if it was one of own own family members.
Probate Clearance includes:
- recycling anything that can be recycled
- saving photos and keepsakes for clients
- donating unwanted items to charity shops
